These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Ongoing Support Services ("Services") provided by Whit6 Web Services ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client," "you," or "your").

By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Services.

Scope of Services

The Services under these Terms are explicitly limited to ongoing support for Kajabi Custom Checkout Pages designed, modified, or otherwise influenced by [Your Company Name]. These Services do not extend to other platforms, products, or services that you may be using.

Services

The Services encompass a variety of support and maintenance offerings designed to assist you in operating and managing your Kajabi checkout page(s). Below are the features included in the Ongoing Support Services:

Anytime Email Support

Clients may reach out via email for support concerning questions, issues, or requests for new checkout pages or pretty links. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 24 hours.

Additional Checkout Page

Clients are entitled to one additional custom checkout page per month as part of the ongoing support. Note that these do not accumulate or carry over to subsequent months if unused.

Training

We will offer training to guide clients on how to perform minor edits to their checkout pages without disrupting the overall functionality.

Updates and Fixes

Should any issues arise due to client modifications or other unforeseen circumstances, clients are allowed up to one update or fix per week. Notifications for these must be sent via email, with us making reasonable efforts to respond within 24 hours.

Countdown Timer Hosting

The countdown timer feature requires a subscription to Elfsight.com. As part of the ongoing support, we will host the client's countdown timers on our Elfsight account. Termination of ongoing support will also result in the termination of this hosting service.

Limitations

Services do not include major overhauls, redesigns, or the creation of new software products. The Services are limited to the features specified above.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Services with written notice. Upon termination, all Services, including but not limited to countdown timer hosting, will be discontinued.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or sent via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.
